Booking Process

1. After the booking form is submitted, you will receive a booking acknowledgement message through SMS/whatsApp on the contact number provided.

2. Our customer service representative will contact you on the number provided and confirm the booking. Once the booking is accepted, you shall receive a confirmation message that will include Vehicle Number and Driver's Contact Number

3. Mere filling up and submitting of the Booking Form does not constitute confirmation or acceptance of booking for the trip.

4. Booking should be made at-least 1 hour in advance for local trips and 24 hours in advance for outstation/ long-distance trips.

5. Please be careful while providing the details during the booking process so as to avoid any issues during vehicle dispatch.
